Description
Peanut Ball candy is made by mixing Peanuts in a jaggery and ghee syrup and rolled into balls. Once cooled these balls harden and retain their shape. This is a very popular snack in the southern part of Kerala. In Tamil Nadu, this is known as Kadali Urundai.
