Peanut Roast or Peanut Masala is a favorite snack item in India and especially in the southern states. Regular peanuts are dipped in a dough made out of mixing gram flour, rice flour and spice mixes and then deep fried. This creates a crunchy exterior shell for the peanut and spice mix gives it a very unique flavor. Tastes of Kerala Peanut Masala is kettle cooked.
