- Paneer Cubes – 250g (0.5 lb).
- Tomatoes\Tomato puree – 3 medium sized ones\150g.
- Milk – 75ml (1/3rd of cup).
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation
- Mix the packet content with milk to make the paste.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Make tomato puree from the tomatoes by boiling and crushing them or use the packaged puree and add to the pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the paste from Step #1 and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the cubed paneer, 225ml or approximately 1 cup of water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot.
