This 50g spice mix pack is good for making 4 servings. The ingredients needed for 1 pack are as listed below.
- Boneless chicken cubed – 500g
- Tomato puree/Tomatoes – 200g/3 or 4 medium sized ones.
- Butter – 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation
- Mix the pack content with 150ml or 2/3rd of a cup of water make into a paste.
- Heat 3 tbsp of butter in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till golden brown in color.
- Make tomato puree by boiling and crushing the tomatoes or use the packaged puree and add that to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or till oil separates.
- Add the spice mix from Step #1 and fry till oil separates.
- Add 225ml or 1 cup of water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
