Description
Indian chicken curry is a delicious and flavorful dish that is made with chicken and a variety of spices. It is a popular dish in India and is also enjoyed by people all over the world.
This 50g spice mix pack is good for making 4 servings. The ingredients needed for 1 pack are as listed below.
- Chicken curry cuts – 500g\1 lb.
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves – 50g\1 bunch
Method of preparation
- Marinate chicken with the entire content of the pack and 1/3 cup of water. Keep the mix aside.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker. Mix the marinated chicken from Step #1 and chopped coriander leaves and fry on high heat. Cook till oil separates.
- Add 225ml or 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 1 whistle. After opening, simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
