Description
Indian mutton curry (also known as mutton masala) is a delicious and flavorful dish made with mutton and a variety of spices. It is a popular dish in India and is also enjoyed by people all over the world.
This 50g spice mix pack is good for making 4 servings. The ingredients needed for 1 pack are as listed below.
- Mutton\Goat Meat chopped – 400g\1 lb.
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves – 50g1 bunch
Method of preparation
- Marinate meat with the entire content of the pack and 1/2 cup of water. Keep the mix aside.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker. Mix the marinated meat from Step #1 and chopped coriander leaves and fry on high heat. Cook till oil separates.
- Add 1 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook for 1 whistle. After opening, simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot.
