- Paneer Cubes – 250g.
- Tomato puree/Tomatoes – 150g/3 medium sized ones.
- Milk – 75ml (1/3 rd of a cup).
- Oil – 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation
- Mix the packet content with milk to make the paste.
- Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan. Deep fry the paneer cubes till they are golden brown. Take the cubes out and keep them in cold water aside.
- Make tomato puree by boiling and crushing the tomatoes or use the packaged puree and add that to the pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the paste from Step #1 and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the fried paneer cubes, 225ml or approximately 1 cup of water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot with phulka or naan.
