Mixture is a very common snack of India. There are different variations in different states. It also goes by different names like Chivda, Kerala mixture, Madras Mixture, Bombay mix, Gujarathi mix, Punjabi mix, or even just as Mixture. The spice level also varies between different varieties with Bombay Mixture being one of the least spicy one and the Trichur Mixture being one of the spiciest.
