Major Magic Meat Masala – No more tears while cutting the onion !!! Its an extremely easy way to prepare delicious and traditional meat curries without a mess. Just add tomatoes, curry leaves and oil to the mix of the meat and the Major Magic Meat Masala blend and cook.
The packet has 2 sachets and each is good for 500g of meat. To cook 500g of meat, you need 1 sachet of the masala blend, 1 tomato cut into quarter pieces, some curry leaves and 1 table spoon of coconut oil or any cooking oil. Mix them in a pressure cooker and add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5 to 6 whistles for beef or lamb\goat meat.
