Description
Palada is steamed flakes made with rice flour paste which are later dried. This is different from the Ada which is made from wheat flour. Palada pradhaman is a specialty usually served during Onam sadhyas.
Ingredients: Rice Ada, Sugar, cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom powder.
Cooking instructions:
- Boil I liter of milk.
- Add 1 packet of Malabar Treats Palada Pradhaman mix to the boiling milk.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to make sure it wont stick to the bottom of the pan.
- The Palada Pradhaman is now ready.
