Instant mix for making crispy rice Dosas. This powder do not need the wait for fermentation after mixing in water. After mixing, wait for 5 minutes and you can start making Dosas.
How to cook
- Add 1 measure of Mix to 1 measure water & ½ measure sour curd to form batter. Alternatively you can mix 1 measure of Mix with 1½ measure of water to form the batter.
- Keep aside for 5 min.
- Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp of oil or ghee to the sides. Roast till golden brown on medium flame and serve hot.
Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Once opened, transfer the contents to an air-tight container. Use a dry spoon. Do not buy if the pack is damaged or torn.
