Description

The perfect way to make the perfect vadas – crisp and golden on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside. A delicious traditional breakfast, made ready with an instant mix batter.

Instant mix for making crispy medu Vadas. This powder do not need the wait for fermentation after mixing in water. After mixing, wait for 10 minutes and you can start making Vadas.

How to cook

• Add 1 measure of Mix to 1 measure water to form batter.
• Optionally add finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves and crushed pepper to the batter.
• Keep aside for 10 min.
• Place 1 tbsp of batter on slightly wet palm and make donut shapes.
• Slide this donut shaped batter into heated oil and deep fry until golden brown on high flame.
• Serve hot.

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Once opened, transfer the contents to an air-tight container. Use a dry spoon. Do not buy if the pack is damaged or torn.
