A dosa is a rice pancake, originating from South India, made from a fermented batter. Rava dosa is a variation of the typical dosa where the major ingredient of the batter not rice, but Rava (Semolina).
How to cook
- Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 ½ cups water and ½ cup sour curd to form batter. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and onions to the batter. Mix well.
- Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides.
- Roast till golden brown. Serve hot.
