This 50g spice mix pack is good for making 5 servings. The ingredients needed for 1 pack are as listed below.
- Tomato puree/Tomatoes – 150g/3 medium sized ones.
- Mixed vegetables (beans and green peas) , chopped and boiled – 250g
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation
- Mix the pack content with 75ml or 1/3rd cup of water to make a paste and keep it aside.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and saute the mixed vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Make tomato puree by boiling and crushing the tomatoes or use the packaged puree and add that to the pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the paste from Step #1 and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add 225ml or 1 cup of water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
