Description
Garam Masala powder is a powdered form of spice blend commonly used in Indian cuisine. A mix of whole spices of cinnamon, mace, peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaves, star anise and cardamom pods are toasted in a pan to release their aromatic flavors, then ground to a fine powder.
