Description

Cashew nuts are extracted from the processed fruit of the cashew tree which are usually grown in tropical climate. The fruit of the tree has two parts with the fleshy pear shaped part called the cashew apple and the small kidney like part found under the apple which also known as the a drupe, contains the seed which is the edible cashew nut. Cashew nuts are incredibly nutritious, has a sweet flavor and a buttery texture.
