Description
Raisins are made by drying grapes for approximately three to four weeks. Different colors of raisins are due to the different types of raisins used to make them. The golden raisins are made from green seedless grapes and their lighter color is attributed to the coating of an oil based solution. This solution is applied to accelerate the drying process.
