Description
Kuttu flour, also known as Buckwheat flour is a common flour product used in north India. This flour also goes by the name of Kuttu ka atta. The buckwheat flour has a very distinctive nutty flavor. Since the flour has high content of fat, if not properly stored, the flour can go rancid. If properly stored with refrigeration, they stay fresh for a very long time.
