Preparation
Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Aachi Chilli Chicken Masala
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken for Maximum Flavor
Mix Aachi Chilli Chicken Masala, soy sauce, cornflour, and egg (optional) with the chicken.
Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Fry to Crispy Perfection
Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden and crispy.
Set aside on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Cook the Vegetables
In the same pan, sauté onions, bell peppers, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
Add the fried chicken and stir well to combine.
Garnish and Serve
