Dashi – Chicken Zaiqa Powder 100gm

Description

Flavored chicken zaiqa powder is ideal for making chicken stock, soups, rice, daal, biriyani, vegetable korma or as a general flavor enhancer.

Directions:

• Dissolve 1 teaspoon (5g approx) for 250ml of chicken stock.
• For gravy, use half teaspoonful per serving.
• 1 Tablespoon is good for 1 kg vegetable, 250g pules\lentils, 750g rice and 750g meat.
