Rice flour for making the Puttu (പുട്ട്) – steamed rice cake – from Double Horse. The flour mix is made with pre-steam technology to make the Puttu soft and fluffy. The flour is processed from high quality, stoneless sortex rice. To make Puttu using this flour mix, you do not require hot water. Normal room temperature water can be used. 1 cup of Double Horse dry Puttu podi can give you 3 times wet Puttu podi mix.
