Mixed vegetables paratha is an Indian bread stuffed with cooked and mashed vegetables. Save your time in cutting, cooking and then carefully stuffing them into layers of whole wheat paratha. Instead just take them out of packet, thaw and then either microwave or cook over a hot tawa, and they are good to serve.
Haldiram’s began as a tiny shop in Bikaner, the land as famed for its savories as for its leather-faced pipe players and fierce warriors.
