Instant mix for making soft and spongy rice Idlis. This powder do not need the wait for fermentation after mixing in water. After mixing, wait for 5 minutes and you can start making idlis.

How to cook

• Add 1 measure of Mix to 1 measure water & ½ measure sour curd to form batter.
• Keep aside for 5 min.
• Steam batter in idli cooker or vessel for 10 min.
• Serve hot.
