Methi Mutter Malai is a popular Indian dish made with fenugreek leaves (methi), green peas (mutter), and cream (malai). It is a rich and creamy dish with a mild, sweet flavor. Methi Mutter Malai is typically served with rice or naan bread.
This 50g spice mix pack is good for making 5 servings. The ingredients needed for 1 pack are as listed below.
- Milk – 300ml (1 1/4 cup).
- Green peas – 200g (2 medium bowls).
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation
- Mix the packet content with milk to make the paste.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the green peas to 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the paste from Step #1 and cook till gravy thickens. Serve hot.
