Description
Red cow peas also called Vanpayar (വൻപയർ) in Malayalam is a type of bean\legume which is commonly used in India and Africa. They have protein and fiber content and used extensively in many vegetarian dishes across India. The more commonly known version of this bean is called Red Chori or Adzuki bean and used widely across northern part of India. This is a lighter colored version of Adzuki Beans is used in the southern India, especially in Kerala.
