This mix is let to ferment and then poured into a bowl shaped pan to make palappam. Double Horse Easy Palappam Mix is prepared from selected raw materials of Rice, Black gram dal and Yeast.

The Double Horse easy Palappam mix require no Coconut milk or rice paste to prepare the batter. The batter gets fermented in 1 hour and can prepare approximately 35 Palappams from 500g Mix.
