Description
Ada Pradhaman is a type of dessert very common in Kerala Sadhya. Its a variation of the payasam but unlike payasam, Pradhaman is made with jaggery and coconut milk and not sugar in milk. Also the payasam or kheer is made with a single boil process while the pradhamans are made with double boil process.
Ingredients: Wheat Ada, Jaggery and cardamom powder.
Cooking instructions:
- Boil I liter of milk.
- Add 1 packet of Malabar Treats Ada Pradhaman mix to the boiling milk.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to make sure it wont stick to the bottom of the pan.
- The Ada Pradhaman is now ready.
