Preparation
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (cut into pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Aachi Chicken Masala
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions:
Sauté the Onions
Warm oil or ghee in a pot. Add the chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes to bring out its aroma.
Cook the Chicken
Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned. Then, add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend with the onions.
Add the Masala
Stir in 2 tablespoons of Aachi Chicken Masala, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Adjust salt to taste.
Simmer with Yogurt
Add the yogurt and enough water to achieve your desired consistency. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, chapati, or naan for a complete meal.
