Description

Rava is made by processing of husked wheat. The husked wheat is first ground into flour and then passed through a fine mesh to separate the rava and flour. The rava is more coarse compared to the flour. Rava is also called as semolina or sooji. The rava is then roasted twice to make the double roasted rava which is great for making upma and kheer.
